To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

You can find your order number in your confirmation email. Please use the same billing email you entered during checkout.

Order Status Guide

  • Processing — Your order is confirmed and being prepared for shipment.
  • Shipped — Your order has been dispatched. Tracking will update within a few hours.
  • Out for Delivery — The package is with the carrier for final delivery.
  • Delivered — The order has been delivered to the address provided.
  • On Hold — We may need additional information or payment verification.
  • Canceled — The order was canceled. Contact support if this is unexpected.

Orders placed before 3 PM (Pacific Time) ship the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM ship the next business day. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
