What resolution do I need for a thermal scope?

The right resolution depends on your use. A 256×192 sensor works well for basic scanning and short-range detection. A 384×288 provides clearer detail for hunting or mid-range spotting. For long-range precision or professional applications, choose a 640×480 or higher resolution scope.

Do thermal optics work in complete darkness?

Yes. Thermal imaging detects heat signatures rather than visible light, so it works perfectly in total darkness, fog, and light rain. It provides clear visuals even when night vision devices cannot.

Are your products waterproof?

Most of our scopes and monoculars are rated IP66 or higher, meaning they are resistant to rain, dust, and light water exposure. Always check the specifications on the individual product page for exact protection ratings.

Orders and Shipping

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide with full tracking. Orders within the United States arrive in 1–2 business days. International orders take approximately 5–7 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, all orders above $400 qualify for free worldwide shipping. Orders below that amount incur a flat $20 shipping fee.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Pacific Time) ship the same business day. Orders placed after that time are shipped the next day. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

Payments and Warranty

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as PayPal, bank transfer, and select cryptocurrencies. All transactions are securely processed through encrypted checkout.

What is your warranty policy?
