At Thermal Optics Shop, we stand behind every product we sell. All items purchased from our store include a comprehensive 5-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Warranty Coverage
- Defects in materials or manufacturing detected within five years of the purchase date
- Repair or replacement of faulty products or components at no additional cost
- Support for eligible thermal scopes, monoculars, binoculars, clip-on devices, and thermal cameras
Our goal is to ensure your equipment performs at its best for years of service. If a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the product at no cost, excluding shipping to our service center.
What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or accidental drops
- Damage due to improper storage, exposure to moisture, or extreme temperatures
- Loss or theft of product or accessories
How to Request a Warranty Service

- Our technicians will review your claim and guide you through shipping or repair arrangements.
Repair Services Outside Warranty
Even after your 5-year warranty period expires, we continue to support all customers with professional repair and maintenance services. If your device needs a performance check, sensor calibration, or hardware replacement, contact us for a quote.
We recommend only using our authorized repair service to maintain the integrity and calibration of your device. Unauthorized repair attempts void the warranty.
